Each item is thoughtfully designed, created, and packaged with care. Because many pieces are handmade or limited in quantity, slight variations in color, shape, or materials may occur. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted jewelry. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit

At Sunny is Jewelry, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packaged by a small independent artist. I truly want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging

  • Returns for refunds are not offered

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Sale or limited-edition pieces are final sale

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
